Publica a resolução MSC.125（75）, que contém as emendas às Directrizes relativas ao Programa Reforçado de Inspecções no âmbito das Vistorias a Graneleiros e Petroleiros (resolução A.744(18)), nos seus textos em línguas chinesa e inglesa.
Altera o anexo A (Guidelines on the Enhanced Programme of Inspections during Surveys of Bulk Carriers) da AVCE 59/2015 do BORAEM 23 II S de 2015.06.12 e adita annex 11 (Guidelines for the Gauging of the Vertically Corrugated Transverse Watertight Bulkhead between Holds nos. 1 & 2) annex 12(Additional Annual Survey Requirements for the Foremost Cargo Hold of Ships Subject to Solas Regulation XII/9.1).
Altera o anexo B (Guidelines on the Enhanced Programme of Inspections during Surveys of Oil Tankers) da AVCE 59/2015 do BORAEM 23 II S de 2015.06.12.
