• Decreto-Lei n.º 43/90/M - Dá nova redacção aos artigos 2.º e 8.º do Decreto-Lei n.º 59/89/M, de 11 de Setembro, (Constituição do Conselho de Ambiente).

• Portaria n.º 82/79/M - Cria, em substituição do Conselho Provincial de Protecção da Natureza, o Conselho Territorial de Protecção da Natureza e Defesa do Ambiente.

• Lei n.º 2/98/M - Reestrutura o Conselho do Ambiente. — Revogações.
